Starting Point Recruitment are looking for an Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Officer / Equality Officer for a contract role in the Walsall area. You will mostly be working from home, however local candidates are preferred as occasional trips to Walsall will be required. We’re looking for someone to start as soon as possible, responsibilities include : Reviewing current equality engagements Being first point of call for equality safe spaces Dealing with diversity queries from staff, managers and other stakeholders Developing relationships and working in partnership with Equality Champions Relate to staff, have confidential conversations Experience Required Ideally you will have worked as a EDI officer previosly in some capacity Previous experience with dealing with ethnic minority networks Experience developing relationships and working in partnership with Equality campaigners would be ideal #Equality Officer #Community Engagement Officer #Employee Relations Advisor
