Reed HR are partnered with a Public Sector organisation in Central London, in order to recruit for an EDI Partner on a 3-month temporary contract. The company is looking for someone on a full-time basis to start as soon as possible. The Company: A well-known organisation based in Central London. The role and your responsibilities: Work closely with the organisational development team to bring to life the EDI strategy Provide governance and assurance Drive culture change Work closely with each forum group Monitor and establish accountability for progress Ensure all reporting is up to date Participate in employee relations when required Focus on EDI in the organisation’s recruitment process Create internal career paths and opportunities for progression Create an inclusive work culture Create a safe space within EDI Work closely with the senior leadership team The Person: To be successful in this role, you will have ideally worked within a fast paced and busy EDI Specialist role. You will need to have: CIPD qualifications or working towards Organisational Development experience Equality, Diversity and Inclusion experience Strategic EDI experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Up to date knowledge of employment legislation and professional HR issues If you are interested in this role, please apply below and I will be in touch.
