Page Personnel are working with a Public Sector and Government organisation based in Manchester who are looking to appoint an Equality Diversity and Inclusion Practitioner (EDI) on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. The ideal candidate should have experience advising People Managers on a variety of EDI issues and be comfortable delivering workshops to their peers. Client Details The client is an organisation who strive to improve outcomes for users of health and social care services by producing guidance and and providing a range of information services. Description The key responsibilities of the Equality Diversity and Inclusion Practitioner include: Advising people managers and staff on a wide range of EDI issues Working with colleagues across the HR team to develop their approach to inclusive recruitment Supporting with the commissioning, development and delivery of a new range of EDI training Maintaining and developing the EDI intranet pages Using management information from systems to support with corporate reporting Profile The successful Equality Diversity and Inclusion Practitioner should have: Experience of advising people managers and staff on a variety of EDI issues Experience designing and delivering EDI training Experience of implementing and embedding best practice EDI Up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging EDI issues The ability to deliver high-quality activity online and in person The ability to establish positive and effective working relationships with all stakeholders Job Offer 32,306 – 39,027 salary Hybrid working (1-2 days per week in the office) Flexible working (10-3 core hours) City centre location
