Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Specialist Salary 45,000 Location Wythenshawe, Manchester Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday 12 month FTC, this will be reviewed at the end of the period and permanent may be considered Our client has a fantastic opportunity for an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Specialist to join their team. Leading on our EDI activity internally and externally, you’ll review, prioritise and execute the Inclusion Strategy, ensuring fit for purpose, and embedded internally in addition to the delivery of services to customers. You’ll help to establish a culture of belonging, enabling all colleagues to be the best version of themselves, providing the best services they can provide to customers and to colleagues. Further to this you will also ensure the organisation meets the requirements of the Regulator of Social Housing, and other key stakeholders by delivering relevant, timely and regular EDI related communications. The successful candidate will have: A relevant degree or equivalent through training / experience An understanding and awareness of EDI best practice and external trends A passion for developing culture Experience of partnering with internal stakeholders Experience working in EDI in a similar organisation About Us Our client manages almost 14,000 properties, providing homes for more than 29,000 people in Wythenshawe, South Manchester.
