Interim D&I role – Nottingham Your new company Large employer in Nottingham Your new role The role involves supporting the development of the organisations approach to meeting the targets around apprenticeships and equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI). The post holder will work with senior managers and internal and external partners to provide advice on EDI and employability and suggest ways of mainstreaming these agendas to ensure that they are properly embedded in all relevant areas of the organisation. The role also involves utilising research and intelligence in the design, implementation and evaluation of initiatives to improve corporate and departmental performance in EDI and employability, as well as in policy and procedure development. What you’ll need to succeed Good understanding of equality, diversity, inclusion (EDI) and employability issues and how they affect different sections of the community and the workforce Strong stakeholder management skills Strong communication skills What you’ll get in return Hybrid working – 1-2 days in the office per week.
