Opportunity for a Equality Diversity and Inclusion specialist to develop and lead a EDI strategy in Hampshire Were seeking a Equality, Diversity and Inclusion specialist / Lead to work as part of a strategic workforce function. This is a great opportunity to make your mark, developing and creating a new ED&I strategy, developing, a programme of interventions / projects which support the organisational objectives for a truly inclusive organisation. As an ED&I Lead you will be : Undertaking a ED&I analysis and assessment to establish current positioning Developing workplace & inclusion surveys / assessments Develop and design new approaches for ED&I which will support the organisation Developing communications plans, training, inclusive coaching and engagement tools Support talent management and career pathways activities Identified and facilitated ED&I centric partnership with external organisations ED&I Strategy & Implementation ED&I project and programme management ED&I reporting and evaluation Candidates We are seeking an experienced Equality Diversity & Inclusion specialist / lead / Manager who has a broad background of designing and delivering a ED&I strategy . You will need experience of working for large complex organisations. You will have experience of assessing the current landscape for ED&I within the organisation Experience of designing, developing and project management of a range of ED&I initiatives, training, engagement and communications. This role is offered as an initial Fixed term contract for 6-12 months, This role will be working remotely but have sites in Winchester/ Southampton and other areas in Hampshire for occasional travel for key meetings and delivery of ED&I activities.
