Main responsibilities will include: Research, develop, implement and evaluate plans, policies, procedures and schemes that promote ED&I, and comply with all relevant legislation and statutory guidance. Provide specialist professional advice on all ED&I matters to achieve excellence. Provide support and advice and work towards embedding a culture of equality, diversity and inclusion into all work areas. Support the development and implementation of appropriate governance, monitoring, measurement and reporting arrangements. Develop and maintain professional links with external organisations and networks, in order to keep informed of changes to statutory provision and new initiatives. Identify training needs with relevant stakeholders. Commission external training and develop and deliver in-house training as required. Manage budget with support from the Senior Management.
