One of my fantastic clients based in Birmingham are very busy getting the right people in the right places for a post covid world. As part of that they’re recruiting for an Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Specialist. This is a Birmingham based business that a brilliant reputation for well being and Diversity. It’s a solid business that offers growth, opportunity and progression. They’ve already made brilliant inroads in the ED&I space but still have lots to do. This is a business that cares for its people and has a huge commitment to ED&I. I’ve included some of the key points below of the role below: This role is highly visible, this is working with some of most senior people in the business to create and execute a ED&I strategy that other businesses will be envious of. Ideally have a strong background in ED&I already where you have designed and delivered HR initiatives to improve Diversity, Equality & Inclusion. As the subject matter expert, this role will involve coaching and mentoring senior stakeholders on ED&I This is a new role, this isn’t about stepping into someone else’s shoes so there’s every opportunity to create a lasting impact.
