Based within our Leicester HR office, you will become part of the wider Hays UK & I People & Culture team. Your new role Essential to the role is your ability to co-ordinate internal ED&I projects in line with our Hays’ UK&I key strategic priorities and Global ED&I Promise. Your knowledge of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion matters will be invaluable in your support to the project teams across the business who are working on these key initiatives. Your great project co-ordination skills will enable you to organise day-to-day tasks and actions associated with our priorities as well as provide support for the implementation of plans designed to drive inclusion and make Hays an even better place to work. You will actively support and help develop our employee networks, the Hays Diversity & Inclusion Steering Committee (DISCo) and project teams. You can expect to work closely with our internal communications team to develop communication on ED&I initiatives that will inform, engage and drive change, as well as work with our MI team to develop reporting that both shapes our priorities and drives and measures success. What you will need to succeed The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their knowledge of workplace ED&I matters as well as best in class organisation and co-ordination skills. HR experience and/or demonstrable knowledge of how the Equality Act impacts ED&I will be highly advantageous. In addition, you will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have experience of engaging with a wide group of internal client groups and stakeholders.
