Global D&I Lead Client Details The client is a Global brand Description As Global D&I Lead you will be responsible for; Report into Global Head of D&I Support the evolution of newly created D&I strategy globally Engage and lead ERGs, governance forums leaders and colleagues to create a culture of belonging and inclusion Coordinate and implement Diversity and Inclusion programmes and initiatives Collaborate with Talent, L&D, ER and Policy teams to ensure D&I is embedded throughout Draft regular reports and presentations to provide transparency on D&I work Profile The successful candidate will; Proven track record in a Diversity and Inclusion role at a senior level Excellent stakeholder management skills Experience across all areas of D&I strands Strong operational delivery skills as well as strategic thinking Strong analytic skills Experience working as part of a large complex business Job Offer On offer for the successful candidate is; Generous salary Hybrid working Flexible working Bonus Pension 25 days plus bank holidays Exciting opportunity to work on global projects
