My client, based in the City of London, have an interesting new opportunity available for a Diversity & Inclusion Manager, to join their fast paced, Global team. You will be responsible to support the design, development, implementation and evaluation of the diversity and inclusion strategy, incorporating the global group requirements and interests. Responsibilities: – Provides strategic and specialist knowledge input to the development and design of the Diversity & Inclusion strategy. – Co-ordinates execution of internal and external communications and client collaborations regarding diversity and inclusion. – Provides leadership and co-ordination of diversity and inclusion initiatives. – Assist with global projects, including contributing content for reports for the Executive Committee and involvement in global campaigns and initiatives. Essential skills: – Prior experience gained from professional services, financial services, investment, corporate or blue chip environment is highly desirable. – A breadth of professional experience in global/ group Human Resources roles – Demonstrated experience and/or a high-level of interest and enthusiasm for engagement topics (diversity and inclusion, employee engagement and wellbeing) – Demonstrated experience in learning and development is also desirable Badenoch Clark acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
