Head of Diversity 18 months fixed term Location: Leicestershire Salary: 50,000 – 70,000 This interim assignment is with a high-profile organization where Diversity, Inclusion and Equality at the very top of the agenda. I’m working with a business looking to drive forward their agenda, drive real change and make a meaningful impact. My client is looking for authenticity with a track record in driving D&I change. Key areas are: The key objective of this role is to design and drive strategy around Diversity, Inclusion and Equality, ensure this is embedded into the business. Working closely with the Leadership team to drive through innovative and creative change. Assist in fostering and sustaining a clear organizational commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion The role will include working with key networks internally and externally to set the diversity agenda and embed through the business Keep up to date with external market trends, best practice, new trends, external networks.
