HR Business Partner (Diversity & Inclusion Lead) Interim – 6 Months 100% Home Based 45-50k HR Business Partner required for our Nottingham based client from September 2021 initially for a period of 6 months. Our client, a large multi-site operation with their head office in Nottinghamshire are keen to recruit a motivated individual to join their HR function to lead on a range of key people initiatives with a specific focus on diversity and inclusion initiatives. It’s likely you are a tenured HR Business Partner will have plenty of HR project experience under your belt and strong demonstratable experience within the area of Diversity/Inclusion and projects around this. Our client is seeking a self-motivated individual to partner with key stakeholders across their business and support the Head of HR in impacting future change/improvements. Your background is likely to be within larger/complex organisations, or certainly within a pretty fast paced business. Whilst there is an option to be office based this opportunity is also available to you if you would prefer to work remotely.
