We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist for an immediate start ongoing temporary assignment based in Cardiff. Working within the Human Resources Team you will support the implementation of the Diversity and Inclusion strategy and action plan. The successful candidate will work alongside Executive Directors, Leadership Team and Management Teams to continuously improve all People Management practices within the Diversity and Inclusion sphere. Key Accountabilities: Actively contribute, promote and lead on Diversity and Inclusion Develop, deliver and maintain a continuous professional standard of Diversity and Inclusion across the organisation Proactively develop working relationships and empower managers to engage and adopt the Diversity and Inclusion agenda both internally and externally Identify and deliver against KPI’s Proactively identify trends and patters and use initiative to improve all People Management practices Key Qualifications: CIPD qualified (Level 7 Advanced)/Chartered Member of the CIPD or equivalent level HR Qualification Extensive knowledge and experience of people management legislation and best practice
