Reed HR are partnered with a not-for-profit organisation in the City of London, in order to recruit for a Stand-Alone Human Resources Manager (including Diversity and Inclusion). This will be on a permanent basis and will be to start as soon as possible. The role and your responsibilities: – Guide and advise line managers – Support the Leadership team to maintain the organisations culture – Conduct all HR activities from recruitment to offboarding – Implement HR strategy – Manage a caseload of employee relations cases – Provide advice and support on job descriptions and the job evaluation process – Manage the recruitment process – Act as a Mental Health First Aider and First Aider at work – Work closely with the senior management team to ensure Diversity and Inclusion is embedded into the organisations culture You should have/be: – CIPD Level 5 qualified – Experience of embedding a Diversity and Inclusion strategy – Substantial experience guiding and coaching line managers – Employee relations experience – Experience of dealing with recruitment – Strong attention to detail – Ability to lead on projects If you are interested in this role, please apply below and I will be in touch.
