The business is excited to announce the creation of two new posts that will focus on the promotion and coordination of our Inclusion and Diversity Programme. This a fixed term contract for 18 Months, with good prospects for continuation within the business. This role will also require travel across the UK as required by the demands of the post. As a key member of our new Maximus UK Inclusion & Diversity Programme, you will lead the Targeted Action Workstream, the aim of which is to work with key groups of colleagues to develop a more inclusive working environment across Maximus. The role will also lead on delivering appropriate external accreditations and providing analytics to help us measure the success of our Inclusion and Diversity Programme. Working across Maximus UK, this role is about finding sustainable and innovative ways to harness the diversity of our organisation to create a working environment where every colleague feels valued and enabled to thrive. This is a hands on and rewarding role, and will involve co-ordinating and managing small projects, implementing actions yourself and through others as well as administering I&D related processes. Main Duties: Lead the Targeted Action workstream within the Inclusion & Diversity Programme, to work with key colleagues and networking groups to develop a more inclusive working environment. Review the range of potential and already achieved accreditations and recommend which fit into our long term strategy. Then manage a successful (re) accreditation process maximising the impact on the business of any changes and improvements necessary. Build plans to maximise the impact of these accreditations on our I&D strategy Build strong relationships with I&D related networking groups and key members of the I&D Programme, including attending key networking meetings across the Maximus UK Group. Build strong relationships and regularly communicate with the other Workstream Leads to ensure their activities are aligned with the needs of under-represented groups Listen to and engage with all colleagues to understand what is needed, and ensuring that colleagues are involved and engaged with change process at all times. Qualifications & Experience Has experience in delivering successful inclusion and diversity projects and activity which has driven change and led to increased engagement.
