We are now looking for an IDW Administrator to join our team to support with implementation to continue progressing the agenda. The role alongside the IDW Lead, and IDW Advisors is part of the firms wider People & Culture Team, enabling the successful candidate to work with broad stakeholders within the wider team and firm. The team is open, collaborative and supportive, and in this new role the successful candidate will join a firm who is truly invested in progressing and embedding inclusion and good wellbeing practices into all we do. Role & Responsibilities Support firmwide IDW initiatives and programmes and projects. Provide overall co-ordination of the IDW agenda. Responsible for the administration and organisation of all IDW activities. Support with employee network activity. Coordinate internal communication campaigns on IDW topics and maintain calendar of events. Lead on the coordination, administration and promotion of IDW events, seminars and workshops. Support our people networks to coordinate events recognised on our internal inclusion calendar. Support the creation of new people networks. Prepare and coordinate IDW training programmes or other diversity events. Regularly update intranet and inclusion Teams’ channel with new content. Compile monthly newsletter of IDW events for each Mazars Office across the UK. Produce inclusion and diversity data reports on a regular basis to feed into an I&D dashboard. Assist in the preparation of IDW surveys and award submissions. Support with the coordination of mental health first aider meeting and recruitment of new cohorts. Coordinate firmwide wellbeing events and initiatives such as wellbeing drop in’s and external speakers. Help to manage and coordinate projects Skills, Experience and Knowledge A keen interest in inclusion, diversity and employee wellbeing Behaviours consistent with Mazars values, a positive individual who can demonstrate they are truly a team player. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Ability to managing multiple tasks. Strong organisational, numeracy and administrative skills. Excellent understanding of Excel, including pivot tables and converting data into various formats. Shows high levels of initiative and enthusiasm.
