Diversity & Inclusion Consultant c.4-6 month contract London C.850 – 950 daily rate Network HR currently have a number of Diversity & Inclusion opportunities and are keen to speak with interim Diversity & Inclusion specialists who have the following experience: Candidate background: Experience producing Gender Pay Gap reports – essential Scoping the Diversity & Inclusion strategy – scope out and deliver the plan, including a full review (internal v’s external) of reviewing compensation, benefits, EVP, engagement scores, expat representation etc. Experience of developing and implementing D&I initiatives in practical and innovative ways; Be a trusted advisor and champion for D&I, applying inclusion and diversity knowledge while demonstrating understanding of the business’ global needs Experience reviewing D&I plans, processes etc in mid-size international firms Current knowledge of D&I best practices including legislation; Ability to demonstrate data informed approaches to D&I; Ability to act as a coach and lead, building skills, knowledge, and capacity; Proven experience in influencing and inspiring others to adopt mindsets and behaviours that build sustainable change around D&I; Well-connected externally into D&I networks and communities; Proven experience in developing quality, productive relationships with senior stakeholders across a wide geographical remit; You will have exposure working within a corporate environment as the reports and outcomes will be visible with Board Members (Plc) so therefore attention to detail & accuracy will be key.
