A growing and dynamic services business is recruiting for a Diversity and Inclusion Specialist to join their business for a 9-month contract. This business aims to deliver a more diverse, inclusive, and accessible company that represents their stakeholders and communities they operate in. Duties include. Analyse and understand how diverse the business is and to assess to what extent the services are accessible to minority groups. Lead workstreams to improvise the attraction and retention of diverse stakeholder groups. Review all areas of diversity with a particular focus on ethnicity. Ensure that the diversity and inclusion training is up to date, appropriate and delivered consistently across the organisation. Ensure the D&I strategy is alive within each department. Lead workstreams to improve the attraction and retention of diverse stakeholder groups. To be considered you will have an in depth understanding of Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, experience of managing people projects. Experience of leading medium to large workstream projects and experience of influencing stakeholders across a matrix environment.
