As Interim Head of D&I you will be responsible for creating and delivering the D&I strategy across the group, working closely with the HR leadership teams and stakeholders. Client Details My client is a well known British retailer. Description Work closely with the HR leadership teams and business stakeholders to embed performance throughout the employee lifecycle to ensure the attraction, development and retention of a diverse workforce Work closely with the Learning and Development and Recruitment teams to ensure the harnessing of the attraction strategies to leverage diverse talent pools A key focus will be identifying the cultural shifts required to really drive an inclusive and happy environment for all Responsible for reviewing our current programme of activity and creating something that sets our teams up for the future Review measurement tools and be able to demonstrate how change is seen through reporting, data analysis, research and the setting of KPI’s and targets Responsible for driving the on-going implementation of the Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing strategy Profile Experienced Head of D&I, who can scope, shape and drive a progressive Diversity and Inclusion policy and practice delivery Experience working in an Equality, Diversity & Inclusion role within a Retail/Hospitality/FMCG Experience of developing professional relationships and working with a diverse range of stakeholders Experience of managing and delivering key initiatives and programmes Experience of change management is an advantage Ability to build relationships with external partners and to proactively research across the industry and beyond Job Offer 3-6 month contract Immediate start Up to 400 a day PAYE
