Interim Inclusion and Diversity Communications Lead 300 – 500 a day via Umbrella Initially 3 Months with the scope for longer or permanent Hybrid – London Providing support to the successful implementation and advancement of the inclusion and diversity strategy for a well-known leading retailer. This role can be either a Fixed Term Contract or Day Rate (Inside IR35 via Umbrella) Responsibilities Partner on designing and delivering solutions raised by the forum Partner on building of inclusion and diversity resources Support with framework to connect networks together Review and support development of the Group-wide I&D policy Scenario planning for key memberships, partnerships, societal events and communications Required Skills & Experience: Most importantly you will have a deep passion for Inclusion and Development Track record of developing and implementing I&D or other complex people initiatives which have contributed to achieving business objectives.
