We seek to appoint a Maintenance Officer to carry out maintenance work on all parts of the College Estate. The post holder will work for a multifaceted Estates Department and be an intricate member of the department. The post holder will adopt a flexible approach to working hours and be responsible for delivering the day-to-day maintenance and servicing tasks for the heating and plumbing systems plus general works to maintain the College Estate. The successful candidate will possess a good verbal and written English communication, excellent interpersonal skills, and experience working with plumbing and heating systems and general maintenance tasks. You will also have practical knowledge of Health and Safety and experience in working as part of a team that delivers a high level of customer service.
