SENIOR CONSULTANT – LONDON Role Overview We are looking for an experienced diversity and inclusion (‘D&I’) advisor to join our team on a permanent basis. We are happy to consider flexible working arrangements. The Senior Consultant role is focused on leading client engagements, with the capability in both the  design and the delivery of D&I solutions. With increasing expertise across the D&I agenda, the Senior Consultant will contribute to brand building and client development through thought leadership, networking and client relationship management.  The Senior Consultant will partner with clients in order to understand their diversity and inclusion needs and deliver strategy/change management projects. Day to day responsibilities will include delivery of client strategy, presentations, workshops, coaching solutions and core training modules. You would be joining a growing team who are dynamic and passionate about making positive change happen for our clients, their employees and the communities they serve. You will enjoy managing and growing client relationships to help them identify, create and deliver their D&I strategies. Candidate Overview As well as being values-driven, ideally you will bring the following skills and experiences: Prior experience and knowledge within Diversity & Inclusion. Significant experience of working within another consultancy or L&D advisory business, scoping and delivering client projects. This must include some prior experience of delivering training and client-facing consulting experience, specifically on diversity and inclusion topics.  Experience or knowledge of people centric change management programmes. Alignment with the Brook Graham Purpose, Code and Values. Natural curiosity and interest in seeking new and innovative approaches. Integrity and professionalism.
