Are you passionate about Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) and making it a core part of the agenda within an organisation? I am seeking a Senior Manager of Diversity and Inclusion to support the D&I Director across the EMEA region to drive a cohesive global strategy around diversity & inclusion initiatives ensuring that they align closely with the talent strategy and maximise and optimise a diverse workforce. As an organisation diversity & inclusion is a core part of the agenda and my client is seeking someone who is able to come on board and ensure the organisation is a thought leader in this space. The role will involve exposure up to board level working closely with them to develop and implement successful diversity agendas in line with core business objectives. You will lead the full implementation of this strategy across the business and they will be seeking an individual with a highly commercial and creative and innovative approach to set and define best practice in this area focused on all dimensions of diversity. The role will include working with key networks internally and externally to set the diversity agenda and weave it through all of the talent programmes within the organisation. You should have a strong passion and drive and experience of leading and defining the D&I agenda within a global organisation. The following skills are critical to success in the role.
