I am currently working with a growing, commercial and fast paced facilities management company who are looking for a Wellbeing, Diversity and Inclusion Manager to join their team – this is a relatively new role so there is loads of quick wins you can make off the bat (yey!) This is a permanent role and can operate relatively remotely, you will be expected to be out and about at the sites a couple of days a week but the rest – you can work from home! This role is both strategic and operational and you will be responsible for the W, D&I for the company of close to 15,000 employees across the UK, these employees range from operatives to C-suite. Responsibilities Be the point of contact for the business with regards to D&I Manage client relationship and deliver presentations based on current standings Responsible for the D&I survey and putting together a strategy based on the results from that Management of mental health first aiders project This is a very autonomous role so you will be able to roll out projects of interest This role is a specialist position, you will need to have come from at least a D&I background ideally with some working knowledge or experience within L&D/delivering training and have worked within a multisite organisation. This position is paying 45,000p.a. benefits (including car allowance).
